This crew should either be trained or not deliver any more refrigerators.

I bought a refrigerator feb 24, 2022. [Lowe's 3811 W Broadway Blvd, Sedalia MO] The next day it was delivered, and I was completely not satisfied with the hook up crew. Frankly, they did not know what they were doing. They dropped the refrigerator on its side hurting on of the employees, could not hook up the water supply, and tracked muddy dirty boots over my wool carpets. This crew should either be trained or not deliver any more refrigerators.

I am 85 years old without transportation. I tried to make an online purchase from the Lowe's in Moultrie, GA. After 35 minutes and finally speaking to the manager, I was told they could not take orders online. All I wanted was to charge credit so my son could buy a gift I wanted to pay for. I got the run-around over and over and now I have no alternative. THIS IS A MAJOR AFFRONT TO THE ELDERLY POPULATION.
