I had a vehicle reposed in 2008 And there coming after 16 yrs later trying to collect there taking 25 of my wages I Can't live on them taking 25 of my earnings I sent them my financial statement waiting for a response. Resolution Sought To drop it down, 25 way to much I have to live I have a wife 2 kids car note insurance rent gas, lights, I don't mind paying but give me room to live. 16yrs later they got the vehicle back 16yrs ago.

Received a Motion to Revive Judgment when I never got a letter about a judgment in the first place. Very very shady if you ask me. I paid this almost 15 years ago and now they send me this crap. I was never served papers or I would have fought it then. How am I supposed to prove something that I paid for 15 YEARS AGO!! This is so frustrating. These people need to figure this out. Resolution Sought Acknowledgement that this has been paid and stop this so called judgment.

Although this is something that happened so many years ago, I truly do not recall receiving or signing any of the documents that were stated in the company's response. I would like to be sent a copy of the original lawsuit and proof of when, where and who it was served to. I would also like copies of the consent judgement and payment arrangement that you are saying that I signed so that I may review them.
