I just wanted corporate to know that remote work isn't working for Macy's!

I've spoken to several customer service representatives to no avail. I've listened to crowing roosters and still no satisfaction.

Thank you BCA!! Have been trying to resolve my dispute with Macys' since May 2021.

I truly appreciate your intervention on my behalf, I have been trying to resolve this with Macy's since May to no avail. I have been getting many calls and wasting precious hours of my time on hold waiting to speak with a "Fraud Specialist". I explained numerous times that the card they had sent was stolen from the mail- I never received it and they just kept adding more and more late fees for charges that I had not made. It was not until I reached out to BCA that I got any kind of response from Macy's. Keep up the good work...I honestly feel that had you not intervened this would have continued to escalate.
