Total lack of dependability and professionalism

I don't know what his work is like because I was unable to get him to start the job after several attempts. I should have known based on the initial no show to provide me a quote. He blamed his missed appointment on secretary. I finally met him to review job. I explained I would be out of town beginning 12/19 but said he could get started on outside job without me being there. He delayed start of job for about two weeks, by that time I was back in town. He committed to start and complete job on 12/30. he no showed on 12/30 and called later in the day stating he would have to reschedule to 1/4. I explained that I would now have to delay putting my house on the market, but Like a fool I agreed. I called him on 1/3 to confirm he would do the work on 1/4 to which he confirmed. He no showed on 1/4 and failed to return three calls. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
