Manager was very rude and nasty when complaining about food.

Ordered New York strip very rare, it came out medium well. Told them I wanted a very rare steak. Brought out another medium. So-called manager came out and said the cook will not cook you another steak. I told her that was not a rare steak to look at the prime rib next to it. She claimed that because of laws they could not cook me a rare steak it had about 1 inch of medium rare in the very middle. She took it back then proceeded back to my table and snatched my side items out from under me while I was eating them. We argued and she brought me a check. Needless to say I did not pay it. She was extremely nasty and followed me out to my car yelling at me. Get a new manager who can deal with people. It was uncalled for to come snatch my sides away while my guests were sitting there eating. I have been eating there 25+ years. They do not need that kind of hateful management. We were all stunned. Al I wanted was a rare steak. Instead I got nothing. I have never encountered anything like it.
