did a job in san marino last March 2018.....work is defective....Owner marvin marroquin promised for 3 months but never did. paid in full....hired a different contractor and finish up what he mess up.....

cheating to his customer, terrible service and product

We had a very terrible experience dealing with this company-MARVIN MARROQUIN HARD WOOD FLOORING or called-Geo Wood Flooring, the owner-MARVIN failed and refuse to provide us the invoices showing the breakdown of cost of material and cost of labor, he also failed and refused to show us all the receipts of materials associated with the job which he promised to do so verbally before. We hired this company to do the installation of hard wood flooring and tiles as well as all the plumbing fixing jobs, at the end of the job, he asked for the remaining balance to be paid in full, we wanted to keep small portion of it in the sake of getting all the receipts and invoices, but he promised us, even promised to God that he would show up the next day to provide us all the receipts of materials he purchased (he asked for money from us previously to buy the materials and he promised that he would provide all the receipts), we paid him in full and next day, he did not show up at all, even though we left message, he never showed up . He was cheating his customer, we realized that he over-charged us for the materials and we overpaid him as a result. Besides those, the material they provided are terrible, one day after they finished the job, the tiles were getting loose and crack became visible and fell apart, we called the owner to fix it and he never picked up the phone and got back to us even though he agreed that all material came with 2 years warranty and he could come back to fix the problem if occurred.This company is a liar and the owner is cheating to his customer , the business conduct and ethic he was practicing was wrong by failing and refusing to provide invoices and receipts to his customer and not showing up to fix the problem under the warranty, this company is not trustworthy, we regretted hiring this company to do the job.
