Company closed my account with money owed to me from sales. Was quick to close my account but not quick to respond or to release my funds. What I sold was legal and had 100 feedback. Not responding or releasing my funds is unacceptable if our agreement is void. Resolution Sought Want my funds released immediately. Want my account reinstated Most importantly I want my money.

Mercari has scammed me out of $744.00! I sold a very expensive purse and they're claiming they cannot verify my identity! This is absolutely crazy! They even threatened to close my account while I have money on it! Someone is stealing money from customers and this is not ok! Making up lies to keep the money. Do NOT sell with this company! Resolution Sought I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
