* BUYER BEWARE: NO DRESS PROVIDED *
I placed an order on January 25, 2022 through Mia Bambina Boutique. They committed to provide a custom Communion dress within an 8 week timeframe due to their 'high season' months. After 10 long weeks of waiting, not only did I not receive the dress I paid for, but I never even received a shipment notification, or any type of response to my numerous emails, calls, and direct messages on social media. I can't believe no one at the company was able to provide me with an update or estimated time of arrival for my order. I became so suspicious of their lack of responses and my inability to speak with anyone at the company about the order that I was left with no other recourse then to call my credit card company to notify them of the situation and file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau in Canada. Only then did I finally receive a response from the boutique, but rather than an update, or an explanation, or a much deserved apology for their unprofessional handling of the situation, they simply sent me a notification that my order was canceled and would be refunded. My daughter's Communion is on May 7th and she has a Communion photography session scheduled this month as well. I had no other alternative as I was relying on this custom order. It's quite disconcerting that a customer is ignored and has to go through all this hardship and stress for a purchase that has been fully paid. There is no excuse for this unprofessionalism in a reputable business. It's an unfortunate lesson to learn. While awaiting the company's response this week I read a review of another customer who went through a very similar situation. They also had to contact their credit card company to file a fraud claim and only after that complaint did the boutique initiate contact. Their dress then arrived to that customer damaged and missing beads. This is absolutely unacceptable conduct for a luxury boutique especially with all their extensive social media presence. Come on Mia Bambina Boutique, if you are a reputable Children's Luxury Boutique advertising on all the social media platforms you should provide the items you're paid to provide and have at least a decent customer service department in the event you have a customer with an issue. This experience has been quite displeasing to say the least. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer of this boutique.

Perfect dress! Very happy with this purchase
We were so happy to see the final dress, it has arrived earlier than we anticipated, high quality, just a perfection, as well customer service was excellent . Thank you Mia Bambina
