Good Food, Poor Service

With regard to the Glendale, AZ location, the food is good, if you can get waited on. We called for takeout last month, got put on hold, and no one ever returned to take out order. We visited the restaurant today for dine-in, and waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Had to go in search of a manager to have our order taken.

Bring the bread bowl and muffin back!!!

My family and friends have been going to Mimi's for years and over the last many months it has gotten worse and worse. The service is blah no bread bowl or muffin unless you pay extra. These were the very reason we loved coming. I never complain but this has gotten to the extreme I'm very sorry to say. Thank you
