Car under warranty, Big problem with battery replacement, Tow service, customer relations, loss of wages due to neglect at customer relations very poor and slow response. Outher out of pocket expenses. They asked for the documents and I provided them with all the facts and figures that they wanted. Then decline and close case. I paid for a new car!!. Not one with defective parts and a safety recall on top of that in witch they expect me to pay for gas, motel, meals. These are supposed to be provided under warranty. Resolution Sought Keep their word, promise was not kept, refuse to supply loner car while the car is towed away for a couple of days. Pay the remaining balance.

I bought a Mitsubishi outlander sport. Haven't even owned 2years and transmission went out. I still owe 12,000 on this and they want 11,000. to fix. where in right mind can I pay for this. I'm trying to get help. I've talk to 3 different transmission shops and they say junk it. There not a refurbished one in whole USA for this. Nobody wants to work on it and can't get any answers. Resolution Sought Want help. I have a car loan on a car I can't drive.
