I brought a couch and a chair in August. When the furniture was delivered, there was a rip at the bottom of the chair by the leg and after a few days of sitting on the couch the cushions or cores as they call were going flat and they weren't firm as they were when sitting on the furniture in the store. I called and spoke to a manager Jamie, sent pictures and a 3rd party was scheduled to come out,. The gentleman came out and could see the problem at the door. He wrote up a work order to have all the cushions replaced. They had cushions delivered to my home. The 3rd party came out again, replaced the cushions. All except one which wasn't sent. He told me when they replace cushions they are usually fine and don't have to be replaced. I called spoke to a manager letting her know I needed one more cushion, Lindsey Perdue. I have gotten nowhere. I spoke to Emily and Tracy who told me the cushions I received were the wrong ones and not from the manufacturer and would need to be switched out. I told Tracy they are perfect, sturdy and firm like they are suppose to be. Lindsey Perdue wanted to approve a new couch, I told Tracy that isn't necessary I just needed one more cushion. She stated the wrong cushions were ordered in error for the couch and they have to replace them. Still the same no good. I have been ignored manager's have been unprofessional. I have a warranty that's not being honored. I want 3 firm sturdy cushions replaced for my sofa asap.

The couch I ordered did not meet my expectations.

I ordered a slip covered couch from Morris in October 2018. The couch was delivered as promised less than 6 weeks later. The workmanship of the couch was very disappointing and did not look anything like what I thought it would. After several attempt to get ahold of the store I drove there with pictures and my complaint. The staff was helpful and apologetic. They said I would hear from someone soon and come look at the couch and fix what wasn’t right. That never happened. I finally got a number at the corporate headquarters and spoke with a very apologetic and sincere team member and she decided to just give me a store credit to be used in the store on anything I would like and that I had 30 days to do so. I went to the store 5 times within 2 weeks and just couldn’t find anything that I was happy with! I didn’t want to feel forced to purchase something that I didn’t really want or need. I just wanted a couch! My husband then called corporate again and explained how stressed and unhappy I was and they came through and gave us a full credit on our charge card! Everyone was very professional and helpful and understanding at the Corporate level. I just feel they need to better train their sales staff and have someone to answer there phones. All in all I do like the store and I hope to shop there again!
