Of the complaints we have received against this company in at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious.~Complainants allege after paying upfront fees for loan modifications the company fails to obtain the promised modifications. Complainants allege the company misrepresents their ability to obtain lower payments or interest rates for homeowners looking to modify their mortgage loans. After paying the company advance fees ranging from $1400-3100 many complainants allege the company fails to contact complainants regarding the status of their cases does not perform any work on the files does not honor their money back guarantee making it difficult for complainants to receive refunds when services are not completed. In some cases where the company was able to negotiate with the lender complainants indicate the company did not achieve any better results than what the client was able to obtain on their own. Some complainants allege they were in a worse situation after paying the company and a few face foreclosures. ~~The company responds to many complaints by denying the allegations claiming they obtained or worked hard to obtain loan modifications for the complainant. In some cases the company claims the breach of contract on the complainant’s behalf for not paying additional installments of their fees and refunds are denied. In a few cases the company issued refunds or partial refunds when services were unable to be rendered.
