I purchase an item on 7/30/21 and I haven't received it I have called them several times and the parts department doesn't answer the phone I have requested a manager and also never available Resolution Sought I want my item or a refund

The hood still has dinks on it, scratch on passenger, scratch on center of good was not there when took vehicle in, side passenger of tailgait big scratch was not there,, damage to inside arm rest was not there, and mileage was added (55) miles was not there, and driver rear rims scratches on rim not there Resolution Sought I would like them to fix what they were suppose to fix, and now fix scratches they put on as described above and fix my arm rest it did not have cuts on it they did more damage then what it had
