A plumber came out to my home and ran a snake to unclog my pipes and then a camera man who wanted to get more money out of me stated I needed my pipes het blasted because of the paper towels that were in the pipes from when I just purchased the home. Covid hard times Im not able to pay 1500 on top of the 912.40 I just paid. Plumber came back supposedly ran a 90ft cable to again clear the pipe not a month later the pipe is clogged again no one is living in my property. How is the pipe clogged and its not being used. Was hung up on by staff member Patricia after a appointment was scheduled to come out today, she called to say this visit is not free. The manager Lisa also stated bottom line WE ARE NOT COMING BACK. Basically im out of my 912.40 and my plumbing is still not fixed. I called to speak to the owner Mark and no call back as of yet. No one told me that I would have to pay again their policy was stated to me that they would come back if it clogged again within 90days it has not been 30. Im being denied service and my money was taken and they are very rude and disrespectful. I do not believe the plumber ran a 90ft cable if they home is not being lived in and its backed up already. They keep saying what the camera man said to get more money out of me. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. And the tech put dirt marks on my carpet. Resolution Sought Give me my money back or snake my property top and bottom as I suggested at least 100 to 150ft out. Using their cables and clean my carpet that was ruined by their tech.
