Pressured for method of payment before sending any documentation.
Sheldon Morphis called me to say that he could help me pay for most of my student loans. He gave me limited information and asked how much I made. He ran me through a process (asked for my email address and birth date) then said he was going to send me an email and I needed to give him the code in the email. I didn't realize that it ultimately gave him the ability to access my personal information without my knowledge. I didn't realize what happened until after the fact. He asked for method of payment and I told him that I wasn't giving that information and I wanted to see some kind of documentation so I could review before making any decision. He said he couldn't send me any documentation for me to look over and said that he needed method of payment to fill out a government application. He would not send me a copy of this government application or give me any more information on it. He just wanted my method of payment before moving on. I'm not even sure if they are a legit company but from their process it seemed fraudulent so I wanted to report it.
