We went to Nissan of Richmond to be total humiliated twice.

We went to Nissan of Richmond to be total humiliated twice. They sold us a car that we didn't want and now they called us back down there to trade in the 2021 Nissan Versa that we have for a SUV and it didn't happen cause they lied to us after my bf took his hard earn time off for nothing. We are pissed and something needs to be done about them. To be removed from doing this to others
