We refinanced our home with a representative. Through E Mortgage Capital and they couldn't do enough to help. But once we were funded we didn't receive anything about payment. Nothing was ever emailed or mailed. And the Customer Service is awful. I have tried calling them and leaving call back number. I have had no response at all. I would never recommend this company. Resolution Sought Reply to my calls.

I have tried to call their customer service number and the customer service reps keep sending me to an answer machine and I have left plenty of voicemails to resolve an error issue on their portal. I even emailed a couple of times and have not been called back or any kind of response. I have dealt with a lot of loan servicers and have had a very pleasant experience. Their is no direct line or anyone to speak to. I have emailed a few reps and even they cannot resolve an issue. Also, their borrower portal has minimal resources. I can't even print out a pdf monthly statement if I wanted to. It's very frustrating. Resolution Sought Contact me. Or send give me a new loan servicer company. Give me an account rep I can speak to when I need help. Just communicate!
