Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Worst Plumbing Company I've Ever Dealt With....DO NOT USE!

I have a home warranty and they picked this company. At first they seemed fine. Fixed a leaky faucet and a shut of valve. I had to call them back multiple times for the shut of valve still leaking and now the faucet is leaking from the handle?? Horrible workmanship....horrible customer service. They told our warranty that when they came out again to fix the leak the 2nd time, that there was nothing leaking. I've had to have a bucket under this faucet since the original repair in April! Dorthy who makes the appointments is extremely rude and doesn't really care about any issues you're having. This company is just out to make a buck off of you and your warranty company. Do not use!!!
