Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poor Billing Practices

The OC Register invoices used to reflect the start and end dates for each billing cycle. They no longer due and they seem to accelearte and bill several times per month, regardless of "invoice due date". This is very suspicious, since even after making (accidentally) two payment in one week, the invoice does not reflect true account status and how far in advance the payment have been applied. I got this subscription as a gift, since newspapers are anachronistic and no longer provide timely information, but I am regretting the subscription.
