I am fed up with this timeshare! The financial burden it has placed on my family is unbearable. Between the monthly fee and the constantly increasing maintenance fees, we can barely afford to use it. The points system is a complete joke. Every time we try to plan a vacation, the points required are sky high, making it impossible for us to use the timeshare as intended. It's a constant struggle just to make use of the darn thing! I have lost all desire to even check the availability of the resorts, because the outcome is always the same - we can't afford it. Instead, I have to spend even more money out of pocket to take my family on a vacation, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a timeshare in the first place. I am sick of feeling trapped by this ridiculous contract and all the restrictions that come with it. I want out of this timeshare, and I want out now. The freedom to make vacation plans based on what my family wants and needs, instead of being dictated by a points system and limited availability, would be a breath of fresh air. I need out of this timeshare ASAP. Resolution Sought I need out of this timeshare ASAP.

My husband and I are writing to express our encounters with Holiday Inn Club Vacations with our timeshare ownership we bought into. It is clear to us that Holiday Inn Club does not take accountability for their verbal actions opposed to what is written in the contract agreement. We are an active military family and the amount of stress on all levels: emotional, physical, and financial Holiday Inn has caused us has been an extreme burden. The information the timeshare agents gave us was untrue. One of the many lies we were told was that as long as we were current on our payments, we could give back our timeshare at any time, but they left out the part of information that the whole mortgage has to be paid off as well. When we joined, we were given a timeframe in order to change our minds, so when we tried to get in touch with anyone during the cancellation timeframe, we received no response until after the period had expired and it was too late. They failed to reach back out to us until the time expired. It is evident that this company employs deceptive tactics to trap timeshare owners with no regard for their needs or rights. We cannot be the only ones negatively impacted by the corruptive ways of Holiday Inn and we deserve to be fully removed from the ownership agreement. Resolution Sought To be let out of the timeshare agreement.
