Change their attitude towards customers.

Upon arrival at the course I was told by the cart guy I could be stabbed for having the golf bag I had. I expressed my concerns to the house pro who seemed to shrug it off. Then to the director who not only shrugged it off but told me to go away and I'm not welcome to come back there. Then proceeded to tell me that they were going to call my boss and file a grievance. All because I was told I would get stabbed over my golf bag. Change their attitude towards customers. Not allow harassment from their employees. Joking or not.
