Awful. Stole my money never sent part

In the middle of October 2022 I paid for a transmission and got an invoice and spoke to Spencer who assured me it would arrive by Thursday it never arrived in the handed me off to another employee named Peter who has harassed me and called me and told me he is sending me my money and made up a fake delivery slip and screenshot it to me I had to go to the police station I brought all my paperwork with me so the fraud part of the bank they still think I'm joking around this business is ridiculous I would never buy anything from them. They've sent me text messages stating that they're going to reimburse me by 7:00 p.m. that day nothing ever happened he keeps asking me to let him explain there's nothing to explain they have my money and they never sent the part do not buy anything from this business all I want is my money back my hard-earned money back I want nothing to do with this place
