I do not know the amount in dispute. My issue stems from finding out a neighbor on a house we were selling was stealing energy. We were there the day they were working in the neighborhood and the neighbors let us know why. As the workers were in our backyard and the neighbors behind us. We never received a credit or even notice that someone had been stealing from us. They told us it's a civil matter. It just seems very irresponsible for a company to know someone is stealing and not let you know and then not even be responsible and give a credit to a paying customer. Resolution Sought I would like for them to take responsibility and stop their dishonest practices

I have been a customer for years and years of PG&E. I'm 86 years old. 5 years ago, I branched out and got solar. Never receiving a bill from PG&E again. Until recently, I received a bill for $15000 in, resulting in turning off. Our electric, we were unaware that the solar company. Turn the solar off. Enter PG&E picked it up. We're in the process now of trying to figure out how to fight the solar company. But in the meantime, I need electricity, I'm on oxygen. P &GE is not budging. They are expecting me to come up with $15000. We went round and round with them on the telephone. It is absolutely ridiculous that they only feel once a year for a solar customer, and even then the amount doesn't add up. We went round and round with them on the telephone. Resolution Sought Turn on electric back on while we fight with the solar company in a lawsuit.
