Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. False Claim

I keep receiving notices that I was involved in a crash and I owe money. I called and spoke with the case manager Jennifer Domrique on July 1st, 2022 we confirmed that they have the wrong name and vehicle that was invovled in the crash. She said she would close the account. I received another notice on July 22, 2022. I have called and left messages with the case manager and the manager above her with no return calls.
