I called on Monday December 6, 2022 to cancel my services with PHN. I was asked why I wanted to cancel my services being that I just signed up on November 29th or 30th. I wanted to cancel my services simply because my doctor stated that he wanted to try a different medication because it has been so difficult for me to get my prescription filled. I was told that I would have to cancel services with them within ten days if I didn't want to continue. The lady that I spoke with told me that she was going to place my account in hold to see what the new medication that my Dr. would prescribe be. I simply told her, No. I do not want you to place my account on hold due to the fact that it could take longer than the ten days(for cancellation). I was aware that the $25.00 application fee would not be refunded but was told that the $80.00 would be refunded. I never received the email from the in December 5th. I called back on Tuesday December 6th. I spoke with the same young lady as the previous day. She stated that my account was canceled. I told her that I had never received the email & I wanted to know if there was anything she could send stating my account has been canceled. She hung up in my face!!! That was very unprofessional of her!!! I called back again. Spoke with the same young lady. I asked again if there's something that could be sent because I don't have anything stating that my account has been canceled. The email wasn't sent nor any type of confirmation from them. Resolution Sought I just want the refund of $80.00 returned to me and not bill my account ever again. The sad thing is, I was actually going to sign back up with them if my medication was too expensive. The way that this was handled makes me not want to do business with this company ever again!!!!

Patient Help Network did provide a full refund of $80.00 on December 5th and a receipt was emailed to the customer multiple times. We apologize if the email went to spam or junk but we can confirm the refund and receipts was sent and can provide proof if needed. Thank you.

I have not received any medicine you people are suppose to be sending me. What seems to be the problem. Stop payment will be applied. You are taking money out of my account but I am not getting my Medince what are you people doing. I will stop all payments if I don't get any answers. Resolution Sought Refund for all the months you people haven't complied to your promise, Take my money and no medicine.

Hello, As stated we have been in contact with Ms. Gaskill on multiple occasions. I see the complaint was filed 11/09 but we talked to her on 11/07 and 11/09 and 11/10 with no such warning on being mad at us. I know Ms. Gaskill has been working with two different companies and I strongly believe has us mixed us with the other. Ms. Gaskill has received all of her meds and is completely satisfied with us at Patient Help Network, calling her will also confirm this. Thank you. Patient Help Network
