do not do business with this company!

I paid my account with Payday Freedom in full over a year ago, and my debtors are not being paid. I can't get an answer from Payday Freedom
When I signed up with Payday Freedom, I was led to believe that my monthly payments would pay off all my creditors by the end of the 18 month period. I was able to pay Payday Freedom the remaining amount due approximately 6 months ahead of schedule (May 4th 2017. At that time I learned that 2 of my creditors were not working with them and as of now (almost 2 months after date of payment) only 1 account is paid in full. I have expressed to Payday Freedom that I am needing to sell my car, and I need my title back, yet that account still has not been paid. They keep telling me that all my accounts have been paid, and it just takes time. I have asked for verification of this and have received nothing. It takes a week or longer for me to get a response to my emails, if I get one at all. I believe that I was misled by them telling me that all of my debt would be taken care of, as well as telling me that paying them off early would be no issue. I am sure that if I would have missed a payment, they would have contacted my creditors and terminated the agreement immediately. I expected my debts to be paid within a month.
