I purchased a Runescape account for $3200 through PlayerAuctions. Everything went smooth and I had access of the account until 1 month after playing. I tried to log in and suddenly the account had been recovered. I filed a dispute and have emailed in all relevant evidence required (Proof via email from the Game publisher) that the account was recovered. The seller deleted their PA account 1 day after. If this isn't clear proof I don't know what is. The dispute case was closed with no explanation or time for me to get proof from the game publisher. I have received no response from PA and this happened over 5 days ago. I am 3200$ Out of pocket with no account that I paid for. inally I have received a response from PA - They have confirmed my evidence would be insufficient to conclude that the game account was reclaimed by the previous owner. My Evidence was literally an email from the game publisher confirming the account had been returned to the original owner...... the exact evidence PA asks for. They haven't even told me what more evidence I can provide in their response... because there isn't any more I can do. I feel completely scammed. I won't stop until I am compensated for this mess.UPDATE - 27/01 Submitted more proof from Jagex that the account had been recovered by its original owner Resolution Sought Full refund and worst case scenario a partial refund
