Merchant will charge your account the money, and then claim the order failed while keeping your money. They removed the ability for buyers to contact sellers as well. Resolution Sought I'd like to see it burn. Reufund

I made a purchase for an in-game product at the 30th of September on PlayerAuctions. While there initially did not seem to be any problems, 4 days later, the product purchased was suddenly removed from me due to the seller having issued a credit card charge-back, resulting in the item being given back and having my in-game account be put in a bad standing as a result due to their fraudulent actions. I contacted PlayerAuctions regarding this, reporting the fraud incident by giving them proof and all details i could provide in regards to the incident. They quickly replied saying they take no responsibility for this matter, despite having verified the seller themselves in question, but still informing me that they, and I quote: "As an extended assistance, on your behalf, we will communicate with the seller to see if he/she can offer some compensation to you. You may expect our update for the seller's response within 48 hours." I responded to this saying they have 3 working days (72 hours) to resolve this issue. It has now been a week with me receiving no word from them or the seller in question and the fraudulent seller continues to do business on their platform with no repercussions or control whatsoever with already multiple other users reporting the same reoccurring credit charge-back fraud in user reviews to this very day: https://i.imgur.com/eYxi6Y5.png Resolution Sought To shut down the fraudulent seller and compensate & refund me and others who were affected by this "verified" criminal.
