I would like to see them SHUT DOWN.
There is absolutely NO address or mailing information on package. We purchased a Christmas Tree, from Shopko, in Winona MN. Inside box was a note that said if there were any issues, call Polygroup. They gave a phone number. I called the number 1-888-919-0070. I was on hold 45 minutes, then a recording came on and said they are experiencing large caller service. Hang up and try later. I called later. Was on hold 5 minutes and a man answered and said for customer service we will be recorded. GREAT. I told him the problem and requested the product number. I gave him the number, he told me that wasn't a product they carried. I tried different numbers, per request. I purchased a Christmas Tree, packaging is wrong, I needed a 1,2, and 3 part. I received two number two's. He laughed and said well you know a new part will take at least a YEAR to get shipped. He said sorry about your luck. I told him I will take it up with Shopko, the store where I purchase the tree. He laughed and hung up!, I contacted Shopko, they went above and beyond for our service. They were AWESOME!!!! I have my tree up and it is beautiful. I just want the company Polygroup to be SHUT DOWN!. I'm sure is was over seas, but being deceitful is illegal. The lady at Shopko apologized up and down. It's not for Shopko take a loss due to a company that doesn't stand behind their products. Thank you. I would like to see them SHUT DOWN.
