This company insists on harassing people about bills due after 7pm.
This company insists on harassing people about bills due after 7pm. Normal business hours for the company however are 9-5pm but the lady tells me they call from 8am-8pm. This interrupts my household . I've asked them to call during normal business hours but they call later and later each time. I've explained to them we are on a fixed income and the first comes the same time each month, however we get constant calls. There is no CUSTOMER service with this company. And they are nasty via phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's probably nothing that will be done. It just needs to be noted maybe the more that complain that's when something anything will be done.
