Prescription Hope has been sent my financial documentation repeatedly, over 6 times. They are requesting it again for 2021 year when my reenrollment is in July and I had submitted all of my items in September. They periodically will call me stating that they cannot read this information, so I send it again and again. Everything was quiet for months, now they are requiring my tax information for this year and more pay stubs. It was stated that the company needs this information and a medicaid denial letter. If I have to cater to the company and Prescription Hope, what are my payments going to? I could communicate this with the company directly. Prescription Hope has poor organization, poor communication and inadequate information that changes per person I talk to. There are no supervisors to talk to and my questions never really get answered unless I call constantly. I thought I was paying for a stress free convenience, but I am really paying for chaos and disorganization. This is for insulin. It is a life or death medication. I am not supposed to undergo a lot of stress, but here I am with them asking for more information after it was sent in August and telling me in April it is still unreadable. All I want is for someone to get their things in order, tell me what exactly I need and not be calling me multiple times and saying we got it, we didn't get it. They need to make up their minds! Resolution Sought I want a time of peace where I don't have to stress about what they do and don't have. It used to be that after my information was accepted that I was at peace and stress free for the year. Not this year and recently, they lost my insulin somehow! And I had to wait for it to be shipped. Thankfully I was able to pay out of pocket and be sustained. At this rate, I wouldn't even rate them a 1!

For a service fee of $50 per month, they would assist me in getting my prescription for free. I was denied by the medication provider (J&J) and sent the denial letter to Prescription Hope as directed. They finally canceled my account, but I have not seen the $150.00 I paid them for the 3 months they took to file everything. I just get different answers each time I call about the money that's supposed to be refunded as per their policy if I am denied. I need help getting my money back. After reading the reviews ( too late in doing so) I am not alone. The reviews are mostly bad...too bad I didn't read them first. Resolution Sought Give me the refund the company owes me since I didn't receive my medicine.
