Remodeling my new home was exciting for me. I appreciate the strong customer service and emphasized Rick Guzman puts in getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. On the few occasions when I brought a request or concern to Rick's attention, his responsiveness to my needs and concerns were impeccable. And the best thing was that we stayed on budget.

The scope of the remodeling involved tearing down walls, opening up new footings for bearing walls, and other important details. Rick and his crew were professional, reliable and respectful of my property. They had a remarkable work ethic often 10 hour days, some Saturdays, good work habits. While major remodeling is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Rick's services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result.
