Responded only when threatened, refunded the bare minimum, unreliable company
Only after Business Consumer Alliance got involved and after we contacted Prime Time Shuttle's CEO of the company threatening to report their business to a variety of consumer organizations, did we receive any results. In the end, we received a refund of our original shuttle charge (shuttle service never came). Also, we received a partial refund of our taxi charge, which cost us over double the one way Prime Time Shuttle charge. The refund consisted of our taxi charge, not including tip, less Prime Time Shuttle's original charge. Prime Time Shuttle refunded us the bare minimum. This is an unreliable shuttle company.
