Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I was recruited to join the Primerica and told I would be helping people. They said their insurance was the best and they wanted to educate the community about finance. The "trainers" told me they would help me every step of the way. I began doing trainings with them and we were not really educating people but manipulating them into thinking our insurance was better than anyone else's and not giving sufficient data to prove it. They had me get my friends and family to come in so they could try to get money from them. One of my trainers, Chris, decided to reach out to my sister and recruit her without telling me about it. He avoided me when I tried to confront him. And later when he wasn't able to avoid me told me it was just a misunderstanding. If it was, why was he avoiding me? I then decided to quit because these people were not being trustworthy and they said they would help me with that. Now I am having to jump through hoops with no one's help just so they won't charge me anymore money. Resolution Sought I would like them to get me off of their system and give me my 130 dollars and never charge me anymore money. I payed that money because I thought I was doing something good but really I was helping them manipulate my family after they manipulated me.

My wife and I signed up for life insurance with Primerica Life Insurance Company( policy #0432048462) since the early 90s and have consistently paid the premium monthly. Two weeks ago, I received a letter from them, increasing my premium over 100 . When asked why such a huge increase, I was told that it's because I will be turning 65 years old soon. Is this a fair practice? Resolution Sought Keep my premium as it is.
