I have been trying since May to speak with Lay B my account manager about our case. I have left messages and sent emails to no avail. The last time someone called me I was told the fact I hadn't heard from the resort (Coral Reef) in some time was a good sign. Resolution Sought Have someone call me please

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. This complaint was posted on Monday, July 8th, 2019 by Mrs. Kalkbrenner. According to our records, on Friday, June 28th, we received an email from Mrs. Kalkbrenner stating she had not heard from anyone and wanted to know where the account was. Due to the office being closed on the weekends, Lay responded to the email on the morning of Monday, July 1st with her status. No response was received by Mrs. Kalkbrenner to that email. On Sunday, July 7th, Mrs. Kalkbrenner sent Lay an email stating she had not receive a response and wanted to know her status. On Monday morning July 8th, Lay called Mrs. Kalkbrenner and was able to resolve the issue. When we got the notification regarding the complaint, we called Mrs. Kalkbrenner and she informed us that all was resolved. We were also able to explain that she is always able to speak with any account manager here and any one of us are able to assist her regarding any questions or concerns. If Mrs. Kalkbrenner needs any assistance or has any questions at any point in time, please feel free to reach out to Primo Management Group as we are happy to assist. We always recommend calling in to express any concerns, that way we're immediately able to address them or transfer the client to speak with a supervisor if there are any further concerns.
