Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent service from beginning to end

This is the second time I've used Priority Gold for my metals purchase. Justin was tremendously helpful and informative. For my initial purchase Justin explained various options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Once we agreed on the metals he then took care of all the details and followed up to make sure I'd rec'd my metals and that I was happy with them. For my second purchase, Justin again explained various options with the advantages and disadvantages of each. This transaction was more complicated than the first one. Yolanda, one of Justin's associates reached out and shepherded the entire transaction. Financial institutions were involved and slowed the transaction down tremendously. Yolanda was exceptionally pleasant and professional and she was very persistent and brought the purchase to a very satisfactory conclusion. Justin followed up after I rec'd my metals and I described a relatively minor problem with his supplier just so that Justin could be aware. He took care of the problem and compensated me for my inconvenience.
