Bad, bad, bad. Shamelessly victimize poor people.

Signed up for their phone and Net service. The phone doesn't work, never received the tablet. Additionally, most calls are dropped once or twice during average phone call. Phone needs to be charged three to four times per day for three hours or connected to a charger constantly. Because if this, after 2 days, I contacted them for instructions on how to cancel and return the phone after failing to find that info online anywhere. They acknowledged receiving my customer service request but never got back to me. I feel that this company is a scam and that, because if them, I am not able to connect to the outside world as they stole all the money the government granted/allocated to me for this purpose. Additionally, I'm out $50 of my much needed dollars for terrible, subpar, non working phone and tablet that most would have considered terrible by 2012 standards. It's 2022 and I had a better, faster, more reliable yet affordable smart phone 10 years ago. Also, if I return the tablet after receiving it, they'll increase the charge for the crappy phone by another $50 or $60, and if I return the phone they'll increase the cost of the tablet, so no matter what, they get to steal government money and victimize me. The only option I have is to use their unreliable, insultingly bad service or to be without phone or Internet for another few years until I qualify for another phone and tablet. I had an emergency where my car broke down yesterday in the hot sun. I'm disabled and could have died because the phone wasn't working properly and kept disconnecting me, shutting down, throwing me off of the Internet, etc. It's so bad that there is no way to see the screen when the sun is bright...It took 45 minutes to accomplish getting the urgent help I needed, whereas with a normal smart phone I would have been able to do that in 2 minutes. I fear for others, especially elderly, disabled and children who might rely on qlink products or services in a life saving emergency. But, since we are poor, we're just supposed to take it. It's so difficult being poor, and to have additional problems thrown at us by corporations promising solutions makes life unbearable.

Bad qlink service

I am interested in fileing a complaint against qlinkwireless they keep refusing to send me my simcard and i keep calling asking them why aren't you guys sending me my simcard and they keep telling me that they are going to send me my confirmation number about my simcard being processed I get that email but they also keep refusing to send me my tracking details about my sim card being shipped I got a new cellphone from them but they won't send me my sim card and I really need my simcard and I keep getting an email saying that to act now click to keep service to avoid cancellation and saying that I haven't used my service
