The woman needs to be fired and has no business touching anyone. She has not just a lack of empathy and lack of skills but a clearly sadistic nature.

A phlebotimist drew my blood in an extremely unprofessional manner. First, she refused to acknowledge my background and need for a butterfly needle. Secondly, she purposely wrapped the band around both arms so tight and smirked when I told her it was incredibly painful and totally unnecessary. She said she would use whatever she felt was necessary and if I moved she would stick me again. This was a very rude and obnoxious individual. It was her first day on the job. She stated all of her training was online and she never drew blood until that day. I will never use Quest again, and I will ensure none of my family goes there or my friends. I have never seen anyone do unprofessional and flat out mean in my entire life. She needs to be fired. The woman needs to be fired and has no business touching anyone.
