Wow what a way to care for your guest

Well, my parents went on vacation April 1,2022 and my dad did not SURVIVE his injury from the property of Club Ragina Los Cabos. My parents were supposed to get a handicap room and was not given one until my dad fell after cutting his toe at the jagged edge of the unkept pool and floors that were not clean (read the other reviews same time period). Charles suffered in severe pain as an infection from unsanitary areas around the resort. The infection caused loss of energy, appetite, and memory loss. The staff did not help clean the blood up or offer a bandage for his bloody toe. Charles spent the rest of the vacation in bed he could not walk or stand without assistance the remainder of the vacation. The manager Roberto Chavez and the doctor where no help they wanted cash! My parents were in fear in a Foren country with no help and felt like Club Ragina's staff trying to extort them. Once they reached out for help in the United States Mr. Chaves al of a sudden has a handicap room available. My father left Club Ragina on a stretcher and died a few days after his arrival to California. The reason for my review is that Mr. Chavez and any of the staff at Rain Tree have not responded. Last time I spoke to Mr. Chavez, he said good luck you are no longer in Mexico. He also made it out that I am lying that it happened on his watch. This seems to be the story. It is kind of strange how no one remembers my dad leaving in a wheelchair. So now I am here without a father, and no one wants to help. Here is the last pictures of Charles at Rain Tree's Club Ragina. What a vacation for my parents. Now their insurance company GMX Seguros and agent Jorge A said good luck and prove it. No one at the resort recalls the situation. He is right I am in the United States and can't do anything now and all party's involved will not help or point the finger at someone else.

Most ruthless company I have ever encountered!

Several years ago, I made the mistake of purchasing a timeshare from Raintree with the verbal (won't do that again)assurance that the maintenance fees would not increase more than 3 or 4 every four years or so. Well, at this point, the fee has jumped from 400$ to 1300$. This is not to say that the resort and staff at the Cabo location (our preferred location)aren't excellent in every respect, my problem is at the corporate level.

Quite soon after my initial purchase, I was offered a fractional ownership of a "soon to be built" new resort in mexico. Well, over $50,000 and nine years later, Raintree has made it quite clear the my money is gone and the villas will not be built.

when I questioned these tactics and said that I wished for them to take back my weeks free and clear, I was RUDLEY told that they would not do so and would "destroy" my credit rating if I stopped paying the annual fee.

I hope this information is useful.
