Bad service, Waited 3 Hours!! Ramiro Service did NOT show up to their appt and did not notify us that they were not coming.

I wanted to share my absolute negative experience with Ramiro's cleaning services. They promised deep cleaning for $650 but all we received was a big headache. Promised 4 people to clean from 9am-5pm, only 3 people came and started late at 10:30am and finished early around 4pm. I told them not to focus on the new windows and to focus on cleaning the floors, yet they seemed to be focusing on cleaning the windows. When they left, the hardwood floor looked shiny. That was the only positive thing that I can share.

The 2 BIGGEST ISSUES involved the flooring. The bathroom tiles were not clean at all and very dirty. I spent several days and many hours steam cleaning and cleaning by hand. The biggest issue was the hardwood floor. Since the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned, I decided to wipe the floors. After trying Bona and Wwiffer hardwood floor solutions, I noticed that the floor was showing some greasy and hard powder. I tried to spend several hours removing it. I called Bona and Swiffer and they said that there solutions do not leave any residue and that it was most likely from what was on the floor. They told me to call Ramiro and ask if they used any oil or wax as the there solutions are not compatible. When I initially called Ramiro, he said that they didn't use any wax or oil. After an hour later he called back to confirm that indeed they used wax and that I shouldn't have used any chemicals. Althought I didn't ask, Ramiro's cleaning team did not mention that they added wax to the floors. Ramiro and I agreed to have Yvon and another person come to clean the hardwood floors again for 250.

I called Ramiro and his cleaning team twice yesterday on 6/1 and they confirmed today's 6/2 10am appointment last night. Over 2 1/2 hrs later, Ramiro and his team are no shows. I've left messages and tried calling them. I spent several hours moving boxes and items off the floor to make there cleaning easier. This is very unprofessional and we are extremely disappointed. Besides the no show, a week ago I called Ramiro to confirm the 1st appointment to reclean the floors, but he said they needed to reschedule until a week later. I called a week later and initially he said 150 for 1 person to come clean the hardwood floors was good and confirmed, and then later told me that they won't do it for 150.

BEWARE of this company. They lack professionalism and showed no respect. I tried to give them a 2nd chance, but my gut feeling was that they were not going to show up to the appointment that they scheduled. They should have shown some decency to let me know that they were not coming. I have wasted over a week of my work hours, trying to clean up their mess. I will never use their services again.
