Red Lobster reviews

Well I been going to this red lobster for at least 4 years because it's close to me on Wisconsin Ave. I love the place but the workers are really rude, in 2015 I got a table for two and my waiter was a waitress name tag says Nicole she smelled of liquor and sweat and messed up our order, in 2016 on two occasions I went alone to have dinner and she was there on her phone ARGUING with a girl. I tried to ask her about something on menu and she ignored me and said I'll get someone to help you , 2019 last month I went with a group and when this waiter noticed me she said omg and walked away and another waitress came to service us. I asked for management but the waitress stated that management was busy in a meeting so I'm filling a complaint because this waitress is rude and has been for years. She seems a little lost on the job and needs to be fired. I'll also be calling redlobster corporate office and the last busy she smelled like a drug or some sort of marijuana this is ridiculous and unprofessional thanks. I want the business to adjust this worker because I have been coming here for years and each time I called management received no calls back I even updated my number because I moved down the street from where I live
