Very friendly, professional people that explained the process in plain everyday language through the whole way.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience in dealing with Red Rock. I was not at all familiar with precious metals, but through this whole process the people that read wrong were extremely patient and helpful in making me feel comfortable with the decisions about my investments. This is a very professional outfit.
