Bad business practices

Got this guy off Home Advisor. I signed a contract for a painting project, made a deposit of one thousand dollars, Steve Adams scheduled a start date for Friday, January 08,2021. He was a no show. He comes off as a nice guy, but once money has been passed his professionalism goes out the window. He is unprofessional, a liar, a con artist, and a thief. he knows the system really well and he knows how to get around the system. This is how he makes his living, stealing from homeowners in different communities. Paper trails don't lie. #C.U.Ncourt
