Did not receive proper instruction on how to install proper the product and did not explain the dangers of operating a gas powered generator I am a disabled veteran and have breathing problems the exhaust from the generator could kill me. Please help me immediately rent a center is trying to charge me for a month of rental for the generator. I have called many times to tell them to cancel my account and pick up the generator respectfully Resolution Sought Pay for my incontinence. And stop ignoring people .

I paid off my re liner in full last week mDe payment.. app and person who took payment said paid in full. Got a call today saying I owe 41 and change because I paid it early I still owe that. Then guy proceeded to say we'll paid in full only means partially paid in full. So I proceeded to open app and sure enough the day after I made payment said I have 3 payments remaining on "UNAVAILABLE" and owed 41.76 for nothing... but realized date and it was day after I made last payment. I never seen it was never emailed about it or notified about it. That is shady I paid it off early and have to pay them more because I paid it off early. Resolution Sought I want a refund
