I am very displeased with the service from this company

I am very displeased with the service from this company! I have had sleep studies done before but nothing like this. I was given 2 appointments and when I got there no one was there. Then when I finally got a machine to take home to do a 24 hour study the nasal thing that goes in the nose was not clean. It looked like it had been used before. And there was something that I had to tape to my finger for vitals. When I woke up the next morning is a big blister on my finger. When I looked at it a piece was missing which caused the burn to my finger. And finally, I've been waiting 3 weeks for the Dr to read my study. Every time I call they just tell me that they are waiting on the Dr. I'm really not satisfied with the service that I'm receiving from them. I did write a review and reading some other people's reviews I'm not the only person that's had problems there.
