HORRIBLE SERVICE

This warranty is a fraud and they do not pay for any services. 1 star is too much. People send there hard earn money thinking they have a cushion for emergencies, only to be rejected. Then customer service is horrible one in particular David Matthew he needs to be fired. The way he talks to customers is horrible. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and I was always taught to please the customer and never argue with them, at Right Shield they argue steal your money and don't honor there warranty. I'm going to fight all the way legally to get my money back. I'm going my attorney, our local news channel and BBB I will be heard.

Their Customer service is terrible

It has taken me months in trying to get a refund. I have made several calls and it always goes into voice mail I leave messages and never ever get a call back sent emails and no reply. If I were singing up for a contract I would probably get a fast response.I talked to a agent last month and he advised me I would be getting my refund in about ten business days well it is over a month now.
