Rip off and Cheap Labor

This company tries to rip off home owners by filing their insurance claims and signing their rights over to the company. Do not hire this company, they will deliver late if ever repairs, disregard permits, over-prize the damages, have cheap Mexican labor forces and deliver a rude and unprofessional office staff.

Read all consumer complaints against them and Roofmax. RMX and Roofmax are one and the same, they work out of the same location and share the same staff.

Do not pay any up-fronts to this company, do not sign any forms! If you still want to hire them insist on an estimate and a proposal that you and the company will sign. Keep this proposal as your contract, it will be the only written document you will receive from them.

If you experience problems, start with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Then file a lawsuit against them, you do not need to hire a lawyer, there are free legal services available in town if you need them, or consult with the law library in the court house, they will guide you and have all forms needed.

Do no let them ruin your day. The law is on your side!

How do you spell “integrity, their word is their bond. RMX Construction will do just as they promise. They are professional, respectful of your property, protect your home and the cleanup is spotless. They are amazing! Came out after Allstate said they would only pay for a portion of my roof replacement. They met with the inspector (at no cost to me ) walked the roof with the inspector and suddenly Allstate is paying for a whole new roof. The office personnel were great, they took my calls, promptly returned my calls and kept me informed. David , forget about it, he was terrific!! Stress, I had none. He ran the job and quickly put me at ease with his knowledge, straight talk and reassurances. He kept me informed, returned calls, Said they’ll be on site at 7am and they were there. The job was done on time. I also bought their solar attic package to help save money on my electric bill and to keep my home cooler. And get this RMX personally fabricated a gutter shield across the rear of my house to stop the water getting onto my lanai. I am so pleased that I chose to work with RMX. And I am a very picky person. They are the best!! Oh yeah they are doing Roofs for at six of my neighbors and some friends. RMX is the company you want to call when you need your roof done.
