Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great Quality, and service.

I have read some reviews saying that the service and electronics where on the poor side, not my experience at all. I was able to set up my barn camera myself with the instructions given. The first two years the system worked great, this year the movement of the cameras were hard to control, after calling service we determined that my receiver had been moved and not aiming properly at each other. the tech that helped me was very knowledgeable. I just ordered a new system for another place on our farm. I talked to Melissa for the order and she gave me a great deal on it. her number is 514-464-3444.
