Needed Roof Replacement - Awesome Experience
Overall great experience with Royal Roofing and their team. The president and CEO, Steve, gave me a very personalized and in-depth knowledge of roofing during the initial estimation. He made sure to take his time and thoroughly explain to me each particular issue he saw with my roof and broke down how he arrived at his estimation.Steve walked me through the process and kept me in the loop with daily status updates and pictures of the progress. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and had incredible results. Beautiful roof done in just under a week. They also made sure to clean up and power wash away debris both at the beginning and end of installation. I purchased the 25 year GAF “Golden Pledge” extended manufacturer warranty (Any and all leaks taken care of free of charge for 25 years, transferrable to next owner so a great selling point.) Royal Roofing is of an elite certification (top 2 of roofers) called “Master Elite” which are allowed to implement this warranty. You could truly see the difference and craftsmanship through the extra features that come with this option.I was extremely happy with the work done, and the process was quick and painless. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Royal Roofing company. During the current downpour that Los Angeles had, we experienced a leak in our ceiling at one of our apartments. I called Steve Pinkus on Thanksgiving day, and he had a Team of roofers at my apartment building in Beverly Hills in a matter of a few hours. Very pleased with his response. Him and his team are # 1.
