Fraudulent

I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. After using them for 13yrs I was hacked by a Chinese organization and $1100 was taken from my account. The morning it was done I contacted Rushcard to stop it as all thransactions were for the exact same amount and still showed pending. I was informed they could not stop it it had to go through then a dispute could be opened. So much for their claim of Visa protection. After they sent me paperwork to fill out and I faxed back all the same day and they had my dispute for 2wks I was told it was closed and that they found them to bw true charges. ?? The best part of it all is the fact I contacted them every other day to check the status in those 2 wks and I was told by every agent that my money would be returned by the 27th. On the 27th no money and now closed. I have been try to find the origin of rhe transactions and have hit a brick wall. NEVER USE THEM BAD FRAUD
