RX savers failed to do their job as they were paid to do. 3 weeks ago I needed more of my insulin. I called, they said they would get right on it. I called back a few days latter only to hear we are on it ( total lie) . A week latter I called again, only to hear we never heard from you. 3 weeks latter they claimed the manufacturer was out of product. when I called Sanofi the manufacturer direct they claimed they heard from them once in 2 week previous and they failed to file proper and were waiting for a call back. I am paying monthly for a service that is not being performed correctly Resolution Sought First off I would like the owner of RX Savers to know the nonsense and lies his or her employees are doing. Customers are having to do their job for them rather than their people doing the job they are paid to do . I would love to have the owner call me if he or she is confused as to his employees behavior. The employees completely drop the ball when they are needed
